To effectively manage and develop a sales team and generate sustainable growth in all areas of activity and provide feedback to overseas agents and partners. Contribute to decision making at management level.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent revenue growth.

Day to Day management of the sales teams.

Setting of KPI's for all sales activities, devising report formats and meeting schedules.

Identifying and implementing training requirements for the sales team.

Weekly and monthly reporting to General Manager as required.

Collating competitor and market information.

Regular meetings with Key Clients.

Development of new Key Accounts.

Ensure quality of service to the Customer.
