Responsibilities
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Comply with laws, regulations
- Understand the external market dynamics and engage with new suppliers /products to deliver business growth
- Negotiate contractual agreements with suppliers to ensure the service, quality, total cost, security of supply and the deployment of the suppliers capabilities in innovation are secured.
- Assist with the development of new processes, procedures and solutions for the business requirements.
- Developing relationships with key suppliers and clients alike, managing key procurement relationships.
