Import Table information to segments based on Node ID's

I have a table that contains a FeatureLineID, it also has a fromNode ID (MH ID 1) and a toNode ID (MH ID 2). I have Sewer segments (polylines) in ArcGIS That don't have these FeatureLineID's and MH Nodes (points) with MH ID's. How can I populate information in the Sewer Segments based on the "From" "to" nodes?
