The purpose of this role is to head the Finance team in the newly formed RSA Meesan entity in India. Primarily focused on Banking, Accounting, Secretarial Matters, HR, Taxation * Regulatory Affairs. Fully responsible for the Finance function in the organization
Objective 1: Efficient management of the cash flow with sufficient liquidity
Timely renewal and management of the Working Capital facilities with the Financial Institutions Raising the required finance facilities with the banks based on the business requirement and feasibility preparation
Managing the Receivable/Payable credit cycle
Objective 2: Managing the HR activities
Maintaining staff records for every staff member throughout the life cycle of the employment
Timely closure of monthly Payroll for the disbursement of salaries
Fulfilling all legal obligations related to PF,Gratuity * ESIC and filing the related returns
Objective 3: Fulfillment of Audit and Taxation Obligations
Statutory Audit Preparation and Submission of Audited Reports within 60 days of the closure of the Financial year
Planning of Advance Tax and filing the same with the authorities as per the mandate.Fulfillment of TDS and GST related obligations.
