دور التدريب التخصصي في رفع كفاءة أداء أفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام العتيبي، عبدالرحمن بن قاعد بن حاسن; الماحي، إبراهيم عبدالله (مشرف).; الغامدي، يحي بن علي بن دماس (مناقش).; مزهر، سعيد بن محمد (مناقش). مشكلة الدراسة: تتمحور مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيس التالي: ما دور التدريب التخصصي في رفع كفاءة أداء أفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام ؟ أهداف الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع التدريب التخصصي لأفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام من وجهة نظر المبحوثين، والتعرف على مستويات أداء أفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام من وجهة نظر المبحوثين، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه التدريب التخصصي لأفراد الإطفاء بمدينة الدمام من وجهة نظر المبحوثين، والتعرف علي مدى إسهام التدريب التخصصي في رفع كفاءة أداء أفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام من وجهة نظر المبحوثين، ومعرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في آراء المبحوثين عن دور التدريب التخصصي في رفع كفاءة أداء أفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام وفقا لمتغيراتهم الشخصية والوظيفية. مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الأفراد العاملين بوحدات الإطفاء الميدانية التابعة لإدارة الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام والبالغ عددهم (462) فرد. وقد بلغ الحد الأدنى الممثل لمجتمع هذه الدراسة (212) استبانة، وللحصول على العينة المطلوبة، وبعد التطبيق الميداني حصل الباحث على (219) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. منهج الدراسة وأدواتها: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. أهم النتائج: 1- أظهرت الدراسة أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة كبيرة على واقع التدريب التخصصي لأفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام. 2- أظهرت الدراسة أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة مرتفعة جداً على مستويات أداء أفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام. 3- أظهرت الدراسة أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة كبيرة على المعوقات التي تواجه التدريب التخصصي لأفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام. 4- أظهرت الدراسة أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة كبيرة على إسهام التدريب التخصصي في رفع كفاءة أداء أفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام. 5- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغير العمر، والمؤهل العلمي، والرتبة، وعدد سنوات الخبرة في العمل، والدورات التي حصلت عليها في مجال الإطفاء. توصيات الدراسة 1- ايجاد آلية تتسم بالمرونة لأفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام الحاصلين علي دورات تخصصية في الاطفاء لتغيير تخصصهم عند رغبتهم في ذلك. 2- وضع خطة واضحة للتدريب لأفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام. 3- تفعيل نظام الحوافز للالتحاق بالدورات التدريبية لأفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام. 4- العمل على تبسيط الشروط اللازمة للترشيح للدورات لأفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام. 5- اختيار أساليب التدريب المتطورة في الدورات التدريبية لأفراد الإطفاء من منسوبي الدفاع المدني بمدينة الدمام.; Study Title: The role of Specialized Training in Raising the Performance Efficiency of Firefighting Belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam. Student: Abdulrahman Qaeed Hasen Alotaibi Advisor: Dr. Ibrahim Abdullah Almahi Study Problem: the study problem is concluded in the following main question: what is the role of Specialized Training in Raising the Performance Efficiency of Firefighting Belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam? Study objectives: the study aimed at identifying the reality of Specialized Training in Firefighting Belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam form the point of view of the sample, identifying the performance levels of Firefighting Belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam form the point of view of the sample, identifying the participation extent of specialized training in raising the performance efficiency of Firefighting Belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam form the point of view of the sample, and identifying the statistical evidences different in the sample opinions between the role of specialized training in raising the performance efficiency of the individuals of Firefighting Belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam according to their personal and occupational variables. Study population and sample: The study population consists of the all employees in the firefighting field units in the directorate of Civil Defense at Dammam whose number are (462) individuals. The minimum of the population represented in the study was (212) questionnaires and to obtain the required sample and after the field application the researcher collected (219) questioners which are valid for the statistical analysis. Study methodology and tools: The researcher sued the survey descriptive approach and the questionnaire as the tool of data collection. The most important results: 1- The study revealed that the sample strongly agree on the reality of specialized training of the individuals of firefighting belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam. 2- The study revealed that the sample strongly agree on the performance levels specialized training of the individuals of firefighting belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam. 3- The study revealed that the sample strongly agree on the barriers of specialized training of the individuals of firefighting belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam. 4- The study revealed that the sample strongly agree on that specialized training participates in rising the performance efficiency of the individuals of firefighting belong to the Civil Defense at Dammam. 5- There are no differences with statistical evidence in the level of 0.05 and below in the trends of the study sample according to the difference in the variables of age, scientific qualification , rank , years of experience in work and courses obtained in the field of firefighting .
