Coordinate all inbound shipment to site with HQ Logistics for all material from factories and local market
Responsible for planning inbound shipments in accordance to master site plan done by Project Director and in-line with installation program.
Coordinate the booking for all MHE requirements at site including outsourced helpers/ labors needed for horizontal and vertical movement of material in the site.
Responsible for keeping inventory for all inbound material to site, manage the storage facility on or off-site and do regular stock take to target zero lost or damaged material at site
Generate weekly reports for LOG activities to be submitted to Project Manager/ Director and Area SCM & Logistics Team
Coordinate all activities, report and flow of data between HQ SCM / Purchasing & Logistics and site managers
Responsible for doing all GR "Good Receipts" for all inbound Material & Services to Site in close coordination with Project Manager and office based Purchasing and Logistics Team.
Coordination with all 3PLs providing trucks, MHE and shipments to Site.
Responsible to Keep track of Project budget on Logistics Cost and Improve the costs by optimization with SCM team at office.
