2. Execution
2.1. Completion of CIEL data entry
2.2. Checking of shipments details, terms of payment, terms of delivery, selling / buying rates
2.3. Follow up for shipping documents with destination station
2.4. Ensure the receipt of shipping documents and checking correctness of documents
2.5 Check special handling requirements
2.6 Track of shipment departure with Shipping Lines
2.7 Actual departure notification to customer
2.8. Job Notes - Proper entry and follow up
2.9 To Do- Proper entry and follow up
3. Control
3.1. Attend to customer complaints
3.2. Preventive and corrective actions
4. Invoicing & Closing
4.1. Invoice customer without delay
4.2. Check correctness of invoices from destination office and sub-contractor invoices
4.3. File Closing
5. E-Filing
5.1. Scan all external documents to e-file
6. Communication
