Lead in the planning and implementation of all the Logistics projects at TGL.
Manage TGL Clients Goods coordination’s and customer deliveries.*Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
Direct client's inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management*
Actively participate and lead cross functional teams (order management, project managers, manufacturing, material planners etc) to gain alignment in customer shipment ready dates.
Coordinate and drive follow up actions to ensure on time shipment readiness.***
Measure and communicate on*Onshore/Offshore Logistics Operations requirements for shipments based on task orders received from Client.
Proactively work with internal account teams and customer freight forwarders to highlight on potential risks areas and jointly review on additional options plan if necessary. *
Manage and oversee 3rd party logistics provider in the day to day executions of* transport operations and performance measurement. ***
Establish Key Process Indicators (KPI) and Scorecard metrics. Generate reports, maintains performance and drive 3PL on performance corrective actions and/or continuous improvement.
Act as TGL* key Logistics Focal for any customer deliveries query and escalations. **Work closely with internal management to execute all planned programs
Provide leadership guidance to 3PL contractors in the establishment of training requirements and operations process mappings in accordance with standards, and in consideration of safety, quality delivery, productivity and cost efficiency. *
Develop understanding of onshore and offshore capacity in the market and airlines/vessels/trucks loading assumptions/logic.*
Lead in the development of all TGL proposals warehousing, supply chain management, and concept notes while providing expertise to staff.
Manage project budgets and resource allocations.
Facilitate the definition of service levels in all logistics, transport solutions and client requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
