Performing Double Animation, Path Animation in ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF

I need some information regarding the below:

1. Could WPF related Animation tasks like DoubleAnimation, PathAnimation etc be performed on the Map provided by ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF?
2. Could a WPF related entity like TextBlock be added at a specific geographic location on the map (instead of the Canvas)
3. How to bind the WPF canvas to ArcGIS Map for rendering/animating any graphics.

I need to perform a animations for multiple paths. I used the (LocationDisplay ) (GPS location of the device) option for MapView in Runtime SDK for .Net and was able to animate only one path. Tried the SmoothAnimationsample too.But the rendering was not that great.I have done animations in WPF. But i really have no idea as how to use WPF animations on ArcGIS map instead of Canvas.
