We have a site that is based on the configurable-map-viewer template. We have several GIS users that are in areas where they have to work offline. For this purpose, we are continuing to support an ArcReader application, but I really want to get rid of that. I am curious what others that maintain a browser-based GIS application are offering for offline GIS applications.
