• Assess existing processes, drawing the existing flow, listing the activities and mapping possible gap and improvement points;
• Benchmark for best process practices internally and externally;
• Search for different energy saving and loss prevention options;
• Create/Update processes, validating them with all stakeholders;
• Create/Update all documents related to the processes, being responsible for all Operational normative documents;
• Plan the implementation of a new process or update, aligning it with all the involved parties and mapping any change management issues;
• Actually implement processes and updates, including training the team and our partners;
• Monitor compliance to implemented processes and procedures, auditing business units and suppliers whenever necessary;
• Clarify regular doubts from any One Foods employee or 3rd Party;
• Plan, design, lead and execute new projects and initiatives related to Warehouse Operations, ensuring effective communication, budget compliance and completion within the scheduled dates;
• Clearly define the projects’ objectives and perform risk analysis;
• Create/Update/Monitor all actions/actives related to our projects and report it to the appropriate stakeholders;
• Ensure the most efficient resources are used in each project and that the different interests involved are satisfied;
