ASSIGNMENT</span>
Under the supervision of the Logistics Office, the Logistic Assistant, is in charge of country level reporting which includes assets, communication, transport/fleet and stock follow ups, documentation, filing and preparation of reporting . A key element of the work will be to work with the Area Logistics offices and Capital Finance to cut costs and optimize utilization of stock and assets.
FUNCTIONS</span>
1. Reporting:

- To coordinate closely with all Area and capital Logistics and to obtain monthly Logistic reports.*
- Cross checking reporting with other departments to ensure the accuracy of the reporting.
- Conducting periodic spot checks across all categories.
1.1. Transport
- Fuel utilisation and reporting issues related to anomalies
- Vehicle usage, return dates and related costs
- Monitoring of costs associated with accidents

1.2. Assets
- Includes both main asset list as well as other property followup
- Monitoring usage and reporting loses/ damages of assets
- Working with FLAT team to ensure compliance standards in identification and allocation
1.3. Stock
- Monitoring of stock levels and utilization
- Uniformity of naming and consistency of reporting
- Reporting anomalies
- Spot checks on documentation and cross checking records
2. Vehicle follow up (Amman only)
- Follow up with car suppliers for repair, oil changes of cars on regular basis;
- To follow the cars fuel consumption, fuel distribution and cars log book on regular basis;
- To ensure the cars log book filled in properly by car users and drivers;
- Collect the car log book on monthly basis by (1st of each month for previous month);
3. Assets/Communication Follow up
- Follow up of ACTED communication tools/assets and communication cost follow up;
4. Filing
4.1. Logistic Folders - vehicles:
- To create and update Logistic documents and file them regularly for FLAT compliance;
- Ensure to documents each car information (log book, fuel follow ups etc.) within each car folders
4.2. FLAT Folder (logistic contributions):
- To send on monthly basis (list of updated assets, original copies of car log books and any new car contract to FLAT focal point;
