Ensuring that the office and the employees have all the necessary resources to function appropriately. Arrange all accommodation and supplies for operational and staff and give administrative and office support to the operations preparation and management team.

Responsabilities:

 Interaction with service providers
 Placing product inquiries and Purchase orders
 Receiving ordered goods and creating store records
 Dispatching goods from company store and maintaining records
 Responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. Create and maintain forecast models for their customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales.
 Responsible for Procurement part; obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion.
 Responsible for all logistics and customer order management operations
 Provision of transportation and accommodation for business trips, acting as intermediary between the company and the travel agency / hotels / airlines, etc.
 Car leasing and house renting for expatriates, Equipment * furniture of houses when it’s necessary.
 Car rentals when it’s needed.
 Ensuring the provision of all necessary office supplies Stationery * Equipment.
 Provision of mobile phones and laptops for new employees / renewing damaged phones, etc.
 Post services: take care of the office mailbox, contract courier services (DHL, etc)
 Ensuring that the office is in good standing. Making arrangements to have things fixed when necessary.
 Any other logistic or administration task.
