To provide human resources support to Bollore Logistics as per instruction and guidance provided. This includes supporting in recruitment and selection.
• Communicates requirements to teams on various HR best practices in line with the priorities and ensure operations run smoothly and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Finds solutions to a variety of problems of diverse scope while seeking input and guidance where required.
• Support and participate in the design, project management and implementation of HR initiatives.
• Supports the deployment of HR strategies and provides HR support to other departments.
• Provide HR support by partnering with employees and managers to link human resources to business strategies and results.
• Provide staffing and recruitment consultation in identifying, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure smooth and timely on boarding of new joiners, while minimizing the impact to the business
• Provide support to monthly payroll (all associated activities) and periodic remuneration and benefit programs (e.g. salary increases and bonus etc).
• Assist in driving improvements to HR policies and processes across sites
• Provide employee relations support and implement solutions to organisational and people related challenges.
• Provide training, communication and coordination of HR programs and processes (e.g. salary increase planning, performance management, bonus etc).
