Is there a way to use an AND statement within SAGA raster calculator expression to include several conditions in the same operation?

I have 3 rasters, the statment should be:
If (A = 0 and B = 0), Then 0, Else C
Normally, I'd use AND for A and B, but I don't see an AND operator in the SAGA module
