The Role
The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Company’s long time commitment to compliance, as a compliance leader, the CCO enhances, oversees, and manages the Company’s compliance program to ensure that the Company and its employees continue to comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Objectives:
An immediate high-priority focus of the CCO is increasing the digitization of the Company’s compliance functions, by, among other things, making all policies and procedures available via a digital hub, digitizing and coordinating the tracking of training's administered to employees, and implementing and enhancing software to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including by screening third parties as part of the due diligence process

The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Company’s long time commitment to compliance, as a compliance leader, the CCO enhances, oversees, and manages the Company’s compliance program to ensure that the Company and its employees continue to comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining, enhancing, and establishing internal policies and procedures designed to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinating, tracking, and overseeing training of personnel on the Company’s policies and procedures
- Investigating potential violations of the company’s policies and procedures and implementing appropriate corrective action, where necessary
- Serving as the primary contact for Company personnel in connection with compliance issues and questions
- Conducting periodic risk assessments of the Company’s business units, and, where appropriate, developing compliance enhancements thereafter
- Maintaining knowledge of key laws and regulations and prevailing global compliance standards
- Continuing to enhance and promote the strong culture of compliance at the Company
