I trying to consume my custom Print Service in a web application and I keep getting the error "...Unable to connect to map server at https://domain/arcgis/rest/services/foldername/layername/MapServer." This only happens when I have a layer turned on in the web application. The print service works without any layers turned on. The print service is on the same server as my map services. Any ideas?
