Our client, a leading middle eastern Engineering Consultancy, due to an increase in project awards, are now looking to add an experienced GIS Project Manager, to their team in Muscat, Oman. You will be involved in project managing the implementation of large scale GIS developments to support electrical utilities, involving data collection and geodatabase development. You will have good client facing skills and be adept at business development, project documentation; progress management and subcontracts management. Candidates must have a good first degree, ideally Electrical, a background in power engineering/project management with a skill set that includes Data Collection, GIS and IT. Must have fluency in written & spoken Arabic & English with a preference for Omani or Lebanese nationalities. Other Arab nationalities will be considered.
