• Develop and maintain and manage the working relationships with EMEA logistics, local
  • service partners (3PL) in KSA as well as with customer service (CS)
  • Resolve day-to-day local logistics challenges
  • Pro-actively communicate between internal SC team EMEA and 3PL. Leverage local setup and*engage with customers SC team where necessary to deliver the right customer service level
  • Coordinate inbound transportation from European plants into the Saudi Arabian 3PL
    warehouse in close collaboration with the EMEA logistics team and goods receiving in Saudi*Arabia warehouse with the 3PL and Customer Inspector
  • Coordinate and control 3PL warehousing in Saudi Arabia
  • Coordinate customer call offs with the customer SC team, EMEA logistics team, CS, 3PL and*contractor
  • Coordinate customer returns with the customer SC team, EMEA logistics team, CS, 3PL and*contractor
  • Ensure and execute quality control of returned goods and waste management
  • Ensure that all 3 ERP systems are in sync Coning SAP, Customers tool, 3PL warehouse
  • SC issue resolution on site in Saudi Arabia
  • Monthly reporting of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Collect outbound demand forecast from our customer and forward to regional planner in
  • Safety * Compliance management (Corning requirements (Sarbox..) and local requirements*(waste ..))
