Our client is a leading Brand Agency who are recruiting two Senior Brand Strategists. You will be able to articulate a confident point of view on any industry, brand, and consumer segment or communications platform. You must have either branding experience in a Branding Agency (preferred) or branding experience in an in-house Brand department.
• Work as a Senior Brand Strategist, with a passion for creativity, popular culture, understanding how humans think/interact, platforms and problem solving
• Have a well-developed understanding of brands and the recognized shift in consumer behavior/engagement, across multiple channels and platforms including on and off line
• Participate and support Head of Brand Strategy with client interviews/engagement at senior management and CEO/Board levels
• Apply robust creative processes to every brief and purposefully seek out strong resonant ideas that can transform brand/business opportunities
• Contribute to creative workshops, provide robust analytical skills and relevant brand stimulus and make key strategic presentations
• Continuously create and drive relevant POV’s to share internally and to clients
• Develop * deploy proven and counter intuitive thinking and tools as part of revised M2i methodology
• Play a lead role in the interrogation of RFPs and briefs, and work closely with the Group Innovation Director and the innovation team in shaping transformative ideas and brand insights
• Contribute to a knowledge bank of future brand trends, best-in-class execution, sector spotlights * opportunities and prevailing strategic challenges
• Assist the Group Innovation Director build a believable presence in the market, through white papers, thought leadership, relevant conferences and events
• Help identify and develop new business opportunities through consumer insight and brand knowledge
